- We confirm service windows, security and access requirements, and how cleaning should fit around your operations.
- Written estimate
- After the visit you receive a written scope of work and estimate to review with your team.

- Is the walkthrough free?
- Yes. The walkthrough and estimate are free and carry no obligation.
- Who should attend?
- Whoever knows the facility best, usually a facility or office manager, so we can ask about access, schedules and priorities.
- Can I change the time later?
- Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to reschedule or cancel.
